Our Story
After helping other providers and schools improve their ABA services for several years, Shasta put her energy and experience into establishing her own company and founded Bright Behavior, Inc. in 2017. Her time treating aggressive adolescents and adults taught her that proper ABA therapy early in a child’s life is critical to helping a child become a successful adult.
Her husband, Russ, led marketing initiatives for a global consulting firm, but was eager to help people rather than corporations. After seeing how Bright Behavior, Inc. improved children’s and families’ lives, joining the team in 2018 was an easy decision.
“We’re proud to work with and lead our phenomenal team of caring providers who go above and beyond for every patient and family served!”

Our Therapy Centers
We solely treat early learners because research shows that timely intervention gives children an advantage when learning and establishing new positive behaviors.
- We specialize in early intervention ABA
- We only work with ages 2-7, allowing tiny humans to socialize with peers of their own age
- Caregivers are welcomed to observe their child’s therapy in real time
- We build transparency and trust into every child’s care plan
- We’re locally owned and operated
